+ Voltage drops are for flat cables 1 mm2 to 16mm2 inclusive and circular cables 25mm2 and 35mm2
For volt drop ratings of circular cables 1 mm2 to 16mm2 inclusive refer to I.E.E. Regulations.

VOLTAGE DROP

Cable described as 600/1000 volt are suitable for use on a circuit where the voltage to earth does not exceed 600 volt and between conductors, 1000 volt. Cables, flexible Cables and Flexible Cords described as 450/750 volt. Cables. Flexible Cables and Flexible Cord described as 300/500 volt are suitable for use on a circuit where the voltage to earth does not exceed 300 volt and between conductors, 500 volt, Total volt drop between consumers terminals and any other part of the installation must not exceed 2.5% of the nominal voltage. Refer lEE Regulation & ERA Report.
